Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding shipping inquiries and account status.
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate logistics schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database systems.
- Process billing adjustments and resolve customer complaints with a focus on retention.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and maintenance teams to address service issues.
- Assist in training new hires and documenting standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics dispatch.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
