Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications
