Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 99.9% accuracy using proprietary software
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours through proactive client communication
- Train clients on digital payment platforms and financial wellness tools
- Analyze transaction data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce processing costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment workflows
- Maintain strict compliance with federal/state financial regulations
- Develop monthly reports on payment volume and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in payroll processing, financial services, or fintech operations
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial transactions
- Experience with daily/weekly pay cycles and compliance requirements
- Certification in Payroll (CPP) or Financial Technology preferred
