Responsibilities
- Process daily/weekly payment transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service for payment inquiries and support
- Operate digital payment platforms and verify transaction security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Train new team members on payment system protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reconciliation reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial services or payment processing
