Responsibilities
- Process daily payment transactions with 100% accuracy using our proprietary software
- Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Train new hires on daily pay systems and compliance protocols

Qualifications
