Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll transactions with 100% accuracy
- Manage client financial records and maintain strict confidentiality

- Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and reporting
- Train new team members on payment systems and compliance
- Monitor transaction security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of financial services or payment processing experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean background record
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
