Responsibilities
- Delocate and onboard new clients for daily pay services through personalized consultations
- Execute daily payment processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Resolve payment inquiries and technical issues within 24-hour SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize daily pay workflows
- Conduct financial literacy workshops for partner organizations
- Monitor daily transaction volumes and escalate anomalies proactively
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service, fintech, or financial services
- Proficiency with payment processing systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Texas state financial services license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Advanced knowledge of FDCPA and EFTA compliance requirements
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for client outreach
