Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for efficient loading and delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for consistent shifts
