Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts weekly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in using RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for equipment operation
