Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship daily inventory orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Uphold 5S principles for a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
