Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using automated and manual systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and update inventory records in the management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required, but preferred).
