Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Ensure all products meet quality standards through meticulous inspection protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support inventory reconciliation and reporting for management team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Forklift certification a plus; training provided if needed
