Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory in the warehouse.
- Select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
