Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort inbound/outbound shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Pack and label orders for shipment with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating vehicles)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
