Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep and cleaning of warehouse equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependable attendance.
- Forklift Certification: (Preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
