Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient observations and treatment progress accurately in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and preventive care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current, valid Georgia nursing license or relevant healthcare certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal communication and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
