Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records accurately
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or CNA license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend shift availability required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
