Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage daily operations including guest check-ins, reservations, and special event coordination
- Maintain immaculate facility standards across all public and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with 100% accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
