Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload shipments with speed and accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workplace at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing cargo.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
