Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for all employees.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security access protocols.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage company devices, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure system uptime and security.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline IT processes and improve infrastructure reliability.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the knowledge base.

Qualifications
