Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for all employees.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security access protocols.
- Configure, deploy, and manage company devices, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure system uptime and security.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline IT processes and improve infrastructure reliability.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the knowledge base.
- Conduct regular system audits and software updates to maintain compliance and security.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional after-hours support during critical updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
