Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute merchandising strategies including stock rotation, planogram compliance, and visual displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 6+ months retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail for inventory management
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if driving required for store deliveries)
