- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with SLAs

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-border logistics a plus
