Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient stock rotation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, managing shipping schedules and carrier relationships.
- Utilize logistics management software to track shipments, generate reports, and update status dashboards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming cargo and prepare documentation for customs if required.
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse protocols and equipment safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Valid California Driverβs License and a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
