Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and automated production equipment with precision
- Conduct quality control inspections using calipers and measurement tools
- Assemble components according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S methodology
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
