Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure high production standards.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assemble components and parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
