Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members across assembly and packaging departments
- Implement quality control protocols to maintain ISO 9001 standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for weekly inventory rotations
- Train new hires on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Optimize production workflows to meet weekly targets
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing leadership or supervisory role
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
