What You Will Do:
Your daily activities will include managing administrative workflows, supporting the sales and customer service teams, and ensuring all operational data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows and administrative tasks to ensure seamless business processes.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet project deadlines and organizational goals.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory or supply levels and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for overtime.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
