Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all technical support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot network outages and system errors.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Train junior staff members on troubleshooting procedures and software usage.
- Identify trends in technical issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, based on role specifics).
