Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to schedule and quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
