Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement inventory control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
