Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to meet 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
