Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship daily inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and accurately
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse space through proper stacking and labeling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company security procedures
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
