Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of goods.
- Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and update logistics management systems with accurate data.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or freight coordination.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
