Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using modern warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement process reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
