Responsibilities
- Process and package shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with receiving and sorting incoming deliveries
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
