Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and stock rotation
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse machinery with proper certification
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts in fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
