The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure our inventory is processed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and a positive attitude.Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory management systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in cycle counting and stockroom organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
