Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate material handling equipment to move inventory in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record stock using handheld devices to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment according to carrier specifications, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all orders meet our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates immediately.
