Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using our inventory management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo security and timely processing.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team leads and other departments to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required for all candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in inventory and shipping documentation.
- Work Ethic: Motivated self-starter who takes pride in a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license preferred.
