Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, checking in, and putting away of incoming merchandise using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and sit-down forklifts safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (for regional driving tasks, if applicable).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
