Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, checking in, and putting away of incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and SOPs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
