Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks with care and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners are a plus.
