Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet delivery deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and discrepancies using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on warehouse floors.
- License: Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and excellent time management skills.
