Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding operational needs and stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
