Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock in a climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including potential overtime
