About the Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and facility maintenance in our state-of-the-art distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Organize and store inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
