Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, stack, and label inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks before starting shifts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily targets and issues.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
