Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory, including receiving, scanning, and stocking products
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
