Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship daily inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and data entry
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
