Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracyOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
